When the contemporary church thinks about bad ideas, it is generally in the context of “the world out there.” The world and the Christian Church are steadily moving further apart, so it’s easy to recognize the bad ideas when they spring up. But the most pernicious ideas for the church have never come from outside. They have always come from within!

At Every Thought Captive, we aim to minister to the global Church by helping believers who hold to the supreme authority, inspiration, and sufficiency of Scripture recognize the bad ideas that have infiltrated the Church universal and individual Christians. In doing this, we aim to fulfill the command given by Paul in 2 Corinthians 10:5 to “take every thought captive” to make it obedient to the Word.
